News from the Residential!

Another fantastic day today.
The children worked hard during their activities and we finished the day with a long and very muddy night walk yesterday. Sorry everyone!
Charlie Wilshire was not happy with the mud (and cow pats) that she encountered in her new walking boots and exclaimed that it was the first time that she had ever been muddy.
We walked along the old Nun's path and steps in the dark and along to Marrick Village which consists of three houses!
We finished the day in the chapel by writing a reflective diary and as the evening drew to a close the children were looking very tired indeed.
Mrs Fox was on duty last night and the children were all fast asleep by 11.30pm and woke at 7.30am this morning.
This evening we will be visiting the Ice-Cream Parlour and the children are really looking forward to it.
Bailey, Gemma, Grace, Georgia and Charlie have all completed the zip wire and the leap of faith today - well done ladies!
Group 1 have not been able to canoe today as the wind was so strong however they were able to abseil down the bell tower and undertake survival skills including; shelter and fire making which they really enjoyed.
